- By Vaporetto: Take Vaporetto number 1 from Santa Lucia station and get off at the Rialto Mercato stop. Walk straight across the Grand Canal towards the Rialto Market, pass the market, and reach Hotel Orologio. Turn left onto Calle del Campaniel and continue to Campo San Cassiano; the hotel is on the left side of the square.
- By Taxi: A taxi can drop off at Hotel Orologio, followed by a short walk to the hotel.
